Professional Trainings & Teaching

Embodied Somatic Practitioner Program (ESPP)

ESPP is a 12-week professional training for therapists, coaches, facilitators, and other helping professionals who want to deepen their somatic skills. Co-created and taught by Meghan Sandve & Laurie-Anne Briere, the program is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and decolonial approaches to working with the body. Through a combination of experiential learning, practice, and discussion, participants develop practical tools for supporting nervous system regulation, relational attunement, embodied awareness, and resilience.

Advanced Breath Practitioner Program (ABPP)

ABPP is a six-month training for certified breath facilitators who want to deepen their understanding of breath through a somatic lens. Co-created and taught by Meghan Sandve & Laurie-Anne Briere, the program explores decolonial approaches, developmental perspectives, ethics of altered states, and the many ways personal trauma history can shape an individual’s relationship with breath. The training is designed for practitioners seeking a more integrative and embodied approach to breath facilitation.
