<image:title>Laurie Anne Briere - Home - My name is Laurie-Anne Briere, and I am a Montreal-based somatic naturotherapist. I trust that, given the right space, time, support, and permission, our bodies know how to complete responses that may have been interrupted or thwarted. My work focuses primarily on developmental trauma and complex trauma. I am particularly interested in how early experiences, including attachment wounds and pre- and perinatal experiences, shape our nervous systems, relationships, and sense of self throughout life. I also work with individuals navigating the effects of medical and surgical trauma, concussions, motor vehicle accidents, chronic pain, and other experiences that may become layered onto earlier patterns of adaptation. Sessions may draw from Somatic Experiencing®, neurodevelopmental movement, Transforming Touch®, Somatic Resilience and Regulation®, primitive reflex integration, and breath practices.</image:title>
<image:caption>My practice is person-centered, attachment-based, trauma-informed, and strength-based. Sessions are offered in English & en français.</image:caption>

<image:caption>ESPP is a 12-week professional training for therapists, coaches, facilitators, and other helping professionals who want to deepen their somatic skills. Co-created and taught by Meghan Sandve & Laurie-Anne Briere, the program is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and decolonial approaches to working with the body. Through a combination of experiential learning, practice, and discussion, participants develop practical tools for supporting nervous system regulation, relational attunement, embodied awareness, and resilience.</image:caption>
